Thought on Romans 2 verse 1

You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things

Inexcusable... Paul makes me laugh, in Romans chapter 1 he is speaking to the Jews about all the horrible things that the Gentiles do. The list is long and yucky, he uses the word inexcusable

(greek: without apology) to describe the gentiles because of their sin. You know that there were some in the crowd giving Paul some AMENs and Hankie-waves because they knew that they were so much better than those gentiles.
Then he turns right around and uses the exact same word to describe the Jews. Ouch! Talk about being put in their place.
